Saw X Gets A Trailer
I’m not a fan of the franchise, but I know a lot of you still follow it, so I thought I’d pass along the email that just came my way with a poster and trailer for the latest installment. Set between the events of the first two films it takes Jigsaw to Mexico where he hopes an experimental cancer treatment can save him. I’m sure you can all figure out what happens next.
It’s directed by Kevin Greutert who previously helmed Saw VI and Saw 3D from a script by the writers of Jigsaw and Spiral, Peter Goldfinger & Josh Stolberg. You can check out a couple of stills and the trailer or even go to the film’s website while you wait for its release. That, by the way, will be on September 29th, only in theatres.

Synopsis:
John Kramer (Tobin Bell) is back. The most chilling installment of the SAW franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game. Set between the events of SAW I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, John returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through a series of ingenious and terrifying traps.
